What you'll do

  • Own post-silicon validation of PLL, IO electrical/analog or functional IO interfaces.
  • Define and implement silicon debug tools and capabilities for high-speed IO interfaces.
  • Develop comprehensive validation strategies, requirements, and methodologies including hardware/software needs.
  • Execute test content in post-silicon environments, triage failures, and perform debugging.
  • Engage with partners to drive continuous improvement in design, validation plans, and methodology.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field with 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in Python or C/C++ for scripting and software development.
  • Experience in SoC power delivery, subsystems, system level functionality validation.
  • Expertise in electrical validation (Serdes, IO, high-speed interconnect).
  • Ability to develop tools/scripts for SoC validation debug activities.
  • Demonstrated success in hardware/software co-debugging efforts using on-chip and external test equipment.
