What you'll do

Design and implement resilient, scalable infrastructure solutions based on product team requirements.
Operate, monitor, and triage all aspects of production and non-production environments.
Develop and implement automation for provisioning, configuring, deploying, and monitoring services.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve system reliability, security, and performance.
Participate in an on-call rotation to provide technical expertise during service-impacting events.
Contribute to capacity planning, scale testing, and disaster recovery exercises.
Solve operational problems using a software engineering mindset and automated tools.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Ops, Site Reliability Engineering, or DevOps roles.
BS degree in computer science or a related field with 5+ years of experience.
Knowledge of Linux operating system principles, networking fundamentals, and systems management.
Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Java, Python, or Go.
Experience managing and scaling distributed systems in public, private, or hybrid cloud environments.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
Awareness of key security principles including encryption and keys.
Understanding of SRE principles such as monitoring, alerting, error budgets, fault analysis, and automation.
