What you'll do

Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across cloud and on-prem environments.
Administer and optimize security tools including scanners, SIEM platforms, and endpoint protection systems.
Monitor threat intelligence feeds and triage alerts based on severity and business impact.
Support incident response activities and forensic investigations.
Develop and maintain security documentation, including runbooks, policies, and risk reports.
Participate in security architecture reviews and provide recommendations for secure design.
Track and report vulnerability metrics to technical teams and senior leadership.

What we're looking for

Must currently reside in West Los Angeles, CA.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security engineering is required.
Proficiency with vulnerability management tools such as Tenable, Qualys, or Rapid7 is required.
Experience with SIEM platforms and EDR solutions is required.
Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell is required.
Familiarity with cloud security, specifically AWS, is preferred.
