What you'll do

Contribute to the design, analysis, and reporting of clinical trials and scientific research studies.
Develop protocols and statistical analysis plans with specific details for programming implementation.
Identify scientifically appropriate data collection instruments and report data issues or violations of study assumptions.
Provide programming specifications for derived variables and analysis datasets in collaboration with Data Science.
Perform statistical analyses as per the analysis plan and ensure delivery of high-quality outputs.
Evaluate software appropriateness and assess needs for developing novel statistical methodologies.
Develop strategies for data presentation, inference, and the interpretation of statistical deliverables.
Ensure the accuracy and internal consistency of tables, listings, and figures in scientific reports and publications.

What we're looking for

MS with 4+ years of experience or a PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a highly related field.
Experience with R and SAS.
Experience with statistical computations and simulations.
High degree of technical competence and effective communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to identify data or analytical issues and provide solutions independently or by seeking help.
Ability to build strong relationships with peers and cross-functional partners to achieve higher performance.
Experience with clinical trials statistics (preferred).
Experience based in Oncology (preferred).
