Senior QA Automation Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain UI automation test scripts using Playwright with TypeScript/JavaScript and Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Build reusable automation components using Page Object Model, fixtures, and data-driven testing patterns.
• Perform API functional and integration testing to validate request/response payloads, authentication, and backend flows.
• Execute data validation using SQL queries to verify accuracy and consistency between UI, APIs, and databases.
• Integrate automated UI and API tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution using Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Design and maintain comprehensive test plans, scenarios, automation suites, and traceability reports.
• Perform cross-browser UI validation and troubleshoot automation failures, locator issues, and synchronization problems.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Experience developing UI automation scripts using Playwright with TypeScript/JavaScript and Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Experience building reusable automation components using Page Object Model, fixtures, and data-driven testing.
• Experience performing API functional and integration testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
• Experience executing data validation using SQL queries to verify database integrity and consistency.
• Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
