What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade AI agents using Python, FastAPI, and the Databricks ecosystem.
  • Build and deploy GenAI agents using Google ADK and Flash 2.5+ LLMs with Human-in-the-loop architecture.
  • Develop data federation layers for lambda and Data Mesh architectures using tools like Starburst.
  • Automate microservice integrations for data-intensive applications using cloud-native infrastructure, OpenShift, or Kubernetes.
  • Integrate agentic AI tools and platforms through advanced prompt engineering to improve development efficiency.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the entire data lifecycle.
  • Drive compliance with applicable laws and regulations while managing risk in business decision-making.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • 8+ years of experience in large-scale application development with mandatory platform for AI agent deployment.
  • 5+ years of experience as an engineering lead focused on Python and PySpark for high-volume ELT/ETL processes.
  • Hands-on experience with agentic AI development using YAML, JSON, FastAPI or Spring Boot, Google ADK, and LLM integrations.
  • Proficiency in programming languages for data analytics such as Python or Scala.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with various relational databases.
  • Deep understanding of data modeling, warehousing concepts, Data Mesh architecture, and data federation.
  • Experience developing and automating microservice integrations using cloud-native infrastructure like OpenShift or Kubernetes.
