What you'll do

Design, develop, and deploy advanced Generative AI models and sophisticated chat interfaces.
Manage the full AI lifecycle from initial research and prototyping to production deployment.
Conduct feasibility studies, time/cost estimates, and IT planning for new application systems.
Analyze complex problems and evaluate business processes against industry standards to provide technical solutions.
Develop and implement security measures during post-implementation analysis to ensure system functionality.
Provide expert consultation and advanced programming solutions to users and other technology groups.
Serve as a subject matter expert and coach for senior stakeholders and junior team members.
Ensure all business decisions comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal risk management policies.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5-8 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Python.
Proven experience with Generative AI models, including large language models (LLMs) and other generative architectures.
Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
Experience with Google ADK or similar Google AI/ML platforms and SDKs.
Strong front-end development skills, particularly with React for building interactive user interfaces.
Experience implementing chat functionalities including HTTP streaming, asynchronous operations, and file uploads.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), MLOps practices, and containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
