Senior Python Developer, Quant Models AI Automation, Vice President

What you'll do

• Design and maintain Python-based services and pipelines to automate the quantitative model lifecycle.
• Build automated testing and validation frameworks for market risk and credit risk models.
• Develop data analysis and reconciliation tools to ensure quality and traceability across large risk datasets.
• Create tooling for model lifecycle management, including inventory, workflow orchestration, and audit-ready evidence generation.
• Implement LLM-based automation for model documentation and intelligent data quality checks.
• Integrate AI tools into production-grade environments with appropriate testing, monitoring, and governance controls.
• Promote engineering best practices including CI/CD, code quality, and secure, scalable design.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design reviews.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in Python and its data/engineering ecosystem including pandas, NumPy, and FastAPI.
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade automation, data pipelines, or testing frameworks in a complex enterprise environment.
• Solid AI/ML knowledge including practical experience with machine learning libraries and LLM-based application development.
• Strong experience with test automation, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices like Git and containerization.
• Experience working with large datasets, data quality/linearity checks, and SQL.
• STEM degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in financial services, quantitative risk models, or quantitative finance background (preferred).
