Senior Vice President Python Developer, Quant Models AI Automation

What you'll do

• Develop Python-based services and pipelines to automate the end-to-end quantitative model lifecycle for market and credit risk.
• Build automated testing, validation, and reporting frameworks for various quantitative models.
• Create data analysis and reconciliation tools to ensure quality and traceability across large-scale risk datasets.
• Develop tooling for model inventory management, workflow orchestration, and audit-ready evidence generation.
• Implement LLM-based automation for generating and updating model documentation and performing intelligent data checks.
• Integrate AI/ML components into production-grade environments with strict monitoring and governance controls.
• Maintain high engineering standards including CI/CD, code quality, and secure, scalable system design.
• Mentor junior developers and lead technical design reviews within a cross-functional team.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in Python and its data/engineering ecosystem including pandas, NumPy, and FastAPI.
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade automation, data pipelines, or testing frameworks in a complex enterprise environment.
• Practical experience with machine learning libraries and LLM-based application development, such as prompt engineering and RAG workflows.
• Proficiency in test automation, CI/CD, Git, code review, and containerization.
• Experience working with large datasets, SQL, and enterprise data platforms.
• A STEM degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
