Senior Program Manager, Business Transformation

What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional transformation programs for product lifecycle management, digital enablement, and operational improvements.
• Develop and execute program roadmaps, governance structures, resource plans, and success metrics.
• Partner with IT teams and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise system implementations and process enhancements.
• Manage business readiness activities including requirements validation, testing, deployment planning, and post-deployment support.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure timely delivery of commitments.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators and dashboards to measure program effectiveness and adoption.
• Drive process standardization, workflow optimization, and data quality improvements across various functions.
• Influence and align stakeholders across a global matrixed organization to ensure sustained adoption of new capabilities.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related technical or business discipline.
• Advanced degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience is an acceptable substitute for the bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience for candidates with a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience leading large-scale business transformation, enterprise system implementation, or digital transformation programs.
• Experience implementing or deploying Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platforms such as PTC Windchill or similar solutions.
• Experience partnering across business and information technology organizations to gather requirements and drive process improvements.
• Experience with PLM, PDM, ERP, SAP, ALM, or related enterprise platforms (preferred).
• Work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
