What you'll do

Drive global regulatory strategy and research certification requirements for the hardware portfolio and launch countries.
Ensure products meet international safety, EMC, wireless, and environmental regulations for market entry.
Compile and execute test plans and procedures for customer terminals at all development stages.
Manage 3P lab certification campaigns to ensure completion according to program schedules.
Lead creative problem-solving for technical and non-technical regulatory challenges in collaboration with legal teams.
Assemble and manage requirements based on target launch countries and specific geographic areas.
Act as a subject matter expert for regulatory compliance across consumer electronics, automotive, maritime, and aviation domains.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent (preferred).
5+ years of experience in a consumer electronics regulatory and/or compliance role.
5+ years of experience managing complex technology projects working directly with engineering teams.
5+ years of experience in supply chain and/or manufacturing for complex systems or devices.
Experience with EMC, Intentional RF Transmission, safety, environmental, and HazLoc/ATEx regulatory requirements.
