Senior Product Manager Tech, Business Process Architecture

What you'll do

• Define the vision and business case for manufacturing, supply chain, and quality process transformations.
• Lead business process discovery to identify, model, and analyze "as-is" and "to-be" states.
• Design solution architectures for ERP (SAP S/4HANA) and PLM (Teamcenter) systems.
• Establish governance models, process policies, and performance management to link inputs to business outcomes.
• Define integration and data-flow patterns to protect master-data integrity across the digital thread.
• Use process mining, simulation, and agile methodologies to test and deliver process improvements.
• Manage organizational change to overcome resistance and ensure the adoption of new process designs.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Master's degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (preferred).
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy, definition, and feature delivery tradeoffs.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and product strategy.
• Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders, users, engineers, and leaders to generate buy-in.
