What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in a technical, finance, or quantitative field.
5+ years of product management experience.
Experience owning end-to-end product delivery from discovery through launch and iteration.
Superior written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to dive into product, business, and operational metrics.
Ability to work closely with engineering to own backlogs, definition of done, and technical details.
Experience in the fintech space or with regulated consumer products (preferred).
Experience with hypothesis-based product experimentation, A/B testing, and working with remote teams (preferred).
