Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; an MBA or graduate degree is preferred.
Proven success leading customer-facing integrations, implementation commitments, and professional services initiatives in fast-paced environments.
Strong technical acumen regarding APIs, authentication technologies (SSO), data exchange frameworks, and enterprise software integrations.
Experience engaging with customers, financial institutions, and third-party technology vendors to gather requirements and resolve implementation challenges.
Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements while managing competing priorities and risks.
Broad understanding of the digital banking ecosystem and fintech integration patterns.
Experience with specific fintech integrations like eDocs, check images, RDC, or payment platforms is preferred.
