Senior Product Manager High Speed Interconnect

What you'll do

• Own the product strategy and lifecycle management for high-speed copper interconnect products.
• Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities in data centers, AI infrastructure, networking, storage, and telecom markets.
• Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to define specifications, performance targets, and launch criteria.
• Manage product lifecycle activities including new product introduction, cost optimization, and end-of-life planning.
• Develop business cases, margin targets, pricing recommendations, and sales enablement materials.
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority to deliver products on time and within budget.
• Communicate product priorities and performance updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or an administration field.
• Seven years of experience in product management, product marketing, business development, or technical program management.
• Three years of experience in B2B product lifecycle management including roadmap development and pricing.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into commercially successful products.
• One year of experience working with hyperscale cloud providers, network equipment manufacturers, server OEMs, or semiconductor companies.
• Three years of experience in global product management across multiple regions and customer segments.
