Senior Product Manager

What you'll do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for embedded finance offerings like payments, card issuing, and lending.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from initial discovery and requirements definition through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Translate business objectives into clear technical specifications and product requirements for engineering and design teams.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party partners and services to enhance platform capabilities and speed to market.
• Design and improve payment and financial service features to enhance user experience, scalability, and reliability.
• Use KPIs, OKRs, and customer feedback to prioritize investments and measure product success.
• Integrate regulatory requirements such as AML, KYC, and data privacy into the product design and delivery process.
• Identify and resolve production issues in collaboration with customer support and cross-functional stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• You must have 6+ years of experience in product management for digital products, platforms, or fintech solutions.
• You must have 6+ years of experience building and scaling consumer-facing applications with large user bases.
• You must be able to use data analytics, KPIs, and OKRs to inform roadmap decisions and measure success.
• You must be able to communicate complex technical concepts and product tradeoffs to executive stakeholders and external partners.
• You must be able to manage competing priorities in regulated or technically complex environments.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in business, computer science, engineering, finance, or a related field is required.
• You must possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
• Experience with payment rails, lending, core banking platforms, or embedded finance solutions is preferred.
