What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
8+ years of product management experience, including experience in a platform-focused role.
Demonstrated experience defining product vision and strategy, managing roadmaps, and guiding features from discovery through launch in cross-functional environments.
Ability to understand and define API contracts, database schemas, and best-in-class pipeline architectures.
Proven ability to use data, AI tools, and experimentation to inform product decisions and drive measurable impact.
Experience building scalable products that anticipate future needs and serve a wide range of internal clients and use cases.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills to navigate and align diverse requirements across multiple teams.
Experience with agentic platforms, data modeling, or lead management systems (preferred).
