Senior Product Manager, Application Performance Monitoring

What you'll do

• Own the product strategy and long-term vision for core APM areas like Distributed Tracing and Performance Analysis.
• Lead strategic conversations with design partners and customers to validate product bets and guide solutions from prototype to launch.
• Drive the delivery of AI-driven troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and automated onboarding features.
• Translate complex performance data and system behaviors into actionable insights for engineers.
• Frame ambiguous problems to align engineering and design teams on trade-offs and unified workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define and execute Go-To-Market strategies for your product area.
• Mentor other product managers to improve product craft and customer-centric thinking across the team.
• Track and report adoption, retention, and business impact metrics to senior leadership and executives.

What we're looking for

• You must have over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience should ideally be in developer-focused SaaS or infrastructure products.
• You must have experience leading production-level AI projects from conception through launch and iteration.
• You must have prior engineering experience or deep expertise in modern software development and distributed systems.
• You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills for influencing senior and executive stakeholders.
• You should have experience mentoring or informally guiding other product managers.
• Experience with cloud applications, distributed tracing, performance analysis, microservices, or profiling technologies is preferred.
• Fluency in programming languages is a preferred qualification.
