What you'll do

Research customer performance challenges, telemetry workflows, and competitor offerings to inform product strategy.
Conduct interviews with design partners and strategic customers to validate assumptions and guide solutions from prototype to launch.
Define and deliver next-generation features including agentic onboarding, AI-driven troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
Translate complex performance data and system behaviors into actionable insights for engineers of all skill levels.
Create clear problem statements to ensure seamless cross-product experiences and unified investigative workflows.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and support teams to define Go-To-Market strategies for new features.
Track adoption and retention metrics to measure product impact and drive rapid iterations based on data.

What we're looking for

You must have 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager.
Experience working on developer-focused SaaS or infrastructure products is preferred.
You must have experience working on production-level AI projects from conception through launch and iteration.
You must have prior engineering experience or deep expertise in modern software development and distributed systems.
You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to present and defend product decisions.
Experience with cloud applications, distributed tracing, performance analysis, microservices, or profiling technologies is a plus.
Fluency in programming languages is a bonus qualification.
