What we're looking for

Minimum of 5+ years of previous User Experience Research experience.
Strong knowledge of User Experience Research methodologies and best practices.
Demonstrated success working as part of a cross-functional team including UX Design, Product, and Engineering.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of AI capabilities and limitations to improve research efficiency and analysis.
Knowledge of sports or experience in a heavily regulated industry (preferred).
