Senior Product Data Analyst, Stock Plan Services

What you'll do

• Analyze and document current system behavior to define future state requirements.
• Identify problem points, inefficiencies, and dependencies by analyzing data movement within job flows.
• Apply dimensional, relational, and unstructured modeling strategies to support data architecture.
• Maintain continuous documentation of data lineage from origination to consumption.
• Translate complex data requirements into meaningful stories to inform business decision-making.
• Recommend improvements to data consumption methods, technologies, and workflows to increase efficiency.
• Synthesize information from various sources to formulate actionable business and technology insights.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or product ownership.
• Proficiency in data analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, OBIEE, and Power BI.
• Solid experience with data stores, data lakes, data warehouses, and cloud platforms like AWS or Snowflake.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, structuring, and data governance and security standards.
• Experience with data recordkeeping platforms, reporting systems, and application designs.
• Ability to translate complex data requirements into meaningful stories to inform business decision-making.
• Superb communication, organizational, and time management skills.
