Senior Principal Cyber Security Culture Lead

What you'll do

• Lead the Security Culture function by setting strategic direction for enterprise-wide cybersecurity awareness and engagement programs.
• Establish a long-term vision, maturity roadmap, and operating model for security culture aligned with business priorities.
• Drive measurable reductions in human-related cyber risk through role-based training and behavior-change strategies.
• Oversee all corporate cybersecurity communications, including alerts, newsletters, and major awareness initiatives like Cybersecurity Awareness Month.
• Manage and expand the Ambassador Program to increase engagement across various business units and global sites.
• Partner with cross-functional departments such as HR, Legal, and IT to align security priorities with operational goals.
• Define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of behavior-change programs.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of cybersecurity specialists to ensure high-quality execution of enterprise strategies.

What we're looking for

• Applicants must have a bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience, or an advanced degree and 8 years of experience.
• Candidates must possess a degree that satisfies 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) if the degree was earned outside of the United States.
• Experience leading teams is preferred.
• Experience maturing enterprise-wide cybersecurity awareness, engagement, or culture programs in large, matrixed organizations is preferred.
• Prior leadership experience in highly regulated industries like healthcare, med tech, financial services, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives through influence in complex environments is preferred.
• Success in developing program metrics and maturity measures that demonstrate business impact is preferred.
• Work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
