Senior Power BI Developer

What you'll do

• Architect and develop enterprise business intelligence solutions using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure data services.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable semantic models, dashboards, and technical reporting solutions.
• Design and maintain dimensional data models including fact/dimension tables, relationships, and reusable measures.
• Develop advanced DAX calculations for KPIs, business rules, and time intelligence.
• Build and maintain Power Query transformations for data ingestion, cleansing, and standardization.
• Optimize Power BI models and datasets for performance, scalability, and refresh reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality, performance, modeling, and report refreshes.
• Implement and maintain report security, workspace standards, and technical documentation.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of relevant experience, a Graduate Degree and 4 years of experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree.
• Advanced experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M language), SQL, and dimensional data modeling (preferred).
• Experience building and optimizing enterprise Power BI semantic models, reports, dashboards, and data transformations (preferred).
• Experience troubleshooting performance, refresh, query, and usability issues in Power BI environments (preferred).
• Experience with Power BI governance, gateways, deployment pipelines, and row-level security (preferred).
• Experience with enterprise data platforms including Azure, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric (preferred).
• Experience with Python and/or R (preferred).
• Security clearance.
