The Senior Platforms Engineer - AI & Data Platforms will lead the design, operation, and continuous improvement of data and platform services across a complex portfolio of cloud, analytics, and AI-enabled workloads. What you'll do

Design, operate, and continuously improve data and platform services across cloud, analytics, and AI workloads.
Establish an operating model for platform health, incident response, observability, and governance.
Identify performance bottlenecks and conduct root cause analysis to implement system optimizations.
Build and deploy highly available, scalable infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code.
Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for Azure Machine Learning and Azure AI Foundry workloads.
Create and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base including troubleshooting guides and configuration documentation.
Develop automation scripts and utilities using .NET, Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
Lead the design and testing of disaster recovery and system backup plans.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of relevant platform engineer experience.
Experience in cloud infrastructure management, including setup, configuration, monitoring, and optimization.
Proficiency in computer networking, cybersecurity risk management, and DevSecOps practices.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code, IT infrastructure management, and performance monitoring.
Skills in general programming, process automation, and service delivery management.
Experience in system administration, system testing, systems integration, and troubleshooting.
Ability to develop automation scripts in .NET, Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
