What you'll do

Design and implement backend services and APIs for Oracle Health product teams.
Deliver features end-to-end from requirements clarification and technical design to deployment and operational support.
Perform deep debugging across distributed services to resolve production issues and protect downstream consumers.
Analyze usage, performance, and error budgets to implement resilience and capacity optimizations.
Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response actions.
Use AI-assisted tools to improve developer productivity, test coverage, and code refactoring.
Author and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational playbooks.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
A BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.
Candidates must have 3+ years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in one or more languages like Java, C#, Go, or Python is required.
Experience building REST and/or gRPC services is required.
Working knowledge of data stores (RDBMS and/or NoSQL) and distributed systems fundamentals is required.
Experience with source control, code review, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines is required.
Experience with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.
