What you'll do

Design and develop backend services and APIs for a next-generation customer support chat platform.
Build scalable data models and service integrations for AI-assisted features like knowledge retrieval and conversation summarization.
Own specific platform components and API contracts while managing technical design, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
Implement performance optimization, scalability strategies, and resilience patterns for multi-tenant use.

What we're looking for
