As a Senior Platform Product Manager - AI SDLC Trusted Throughput, you will join the team to define and drive the product strategy for the Internal Developer Platform. You will focus on enabling safe, reliable software delivery at AI-native scale by evolving software development life cycle systems from human-supervised workflows to platforms with built-in safety, observability, and correctness guarantees. Your daily responsibilities include owning the roadmap for AI-native throughput, building automated validation, auditability, and risk-scoring capabilities, and delivering actionable diagnostic capabilities. You will utilize DORA metrics and deployment health indicators to balance velocity with operational safety. The role requires expertise in B2B SaaS product management, infrastructure, and SDLC tooling to solve the operational and governance risks introduced by autonomous systems and AI-generated changes.
Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-native SDLC throughput and reliability initiatives.
Define platform outcomes aligned to DORA metrics to balance deployment velocity with operational safety.
Build automated validation, auditability, and risk-scoring capabilities into deployment workflows.
Deliver SDLC observability and diagnostic capabilities that connect executive metrics to operational signals.
Drive systems to monitor and validate AI-generated changes for correctness and compliance.
Lead cross-functional initiatives involving SDLC Foundations, Security Engineering, and legal/governance stakeholders.
What we're looking for
You have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management or a related technical leadership role focused on developer platforms, infrastructure, or SDLC tooling.
You have experience defining, instrumenting, and operationalizing engineering performance and reliability metrics, including DORA metrics and deployment health indicators.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
You have a strong perspective on how AI is transforming software engineering workflows and understand the operational, reliability, and governance risks of autonomous systems.
You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing highly technical stakeholders, including senior engineers and technical leadership.
You are an effective communicator who can present complex technical concepts to engineering teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and executive audiences.
