What we're looking for
5+ years of hands-on platform engineering experience with a focus on automation, tooling, and building distributed, scalable systems.
Experience with AWS and Kubernetes, specifically EKS and Kubernetes production workload management including RBAC and IRSA.
Expert-level GitLab CI/CD skills including shell and Docker runner management and strong Bash scripting for deployment orchestration.
Production experience managing workloads across environments using ArgoCD and GitOps.
Proficiency with Terraform as the primary Infrastructure as Code tool.
AWS fluency in Lambda, ALB, WAF, CloudFront, Cognito, Secrets Manager, Route53, KMS, ECR, and VPC networking.
Working knowledge of security baselines and compliance-oriented infrastructure design.
Experience with Apache Airflow via MWAA, Claude Code, Okta/SSO, Serverless Framework, Databricks Asset Bundles, Grafana, or SOC-2 compliance (preferred).
