What you'll do

What we're looking for

5-10 years of experience supporting enterprise IT operations in a NOC or similar role.
Advanced knowledge in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Active Directory.
Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
Experience monitoring and managing enterprise server infrastructure and virtualization technologies.
Familiarity with enterprise monitoring tools like SolarWinds Orion, ServiceNow, and PagerDuty.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure 24x7 environment with rotating shifts.
