What we're looking for

  • Deeply experienced, hands-on network engineer with strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, wireless, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and enterprise network security.
  • Experienced in designing and operating resilient network infrastructure across distributed offices or campus environments.
  • Skilled at diagnosing complex issues using packet captures, logs, flow data, dashboards, and vendor telemetry.
  • Comfortable building maintainable automation using scripting, APIs, infrastructure-as-code, version control, testing, and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong in production engineering practices, including observability, service objectives, capacity planning, change safety, incident response, and post-incident improvement.
  • Clear, concise communicator able to lead technical discussions, explain tradeoffs, and build alignment with technical and non-technical partners.
  • Thoughtful mentor capable of raising the quality of others' work and improving team standards and documentation.
  • Eligible for any required authorizations from the US government to conform to US export control regulations.
