What you'll do

  • Manage routers, firewalls, load balancers, and other critical network services for Army enterprise environments.
  • Perform advanced administration, monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting of infrastructure for the Army Enterprise Network and JRSS.
  • Lead high-impact incident response activities and coordinate restoration efforts in a 24/7 mission environment.
  • Maintain and secure boundary protection systems according to DoW and Army cybersecurity standards.
  • Develop automation improvements to enhance operational efficiency across network systems.
  • Create and maintain accurate technical documentation while ensuring compliance with enterprise security mandates.
  • Mentor junior network administrators and support their professional technical development.
  • Participate in engineering initiatives, enterprise planning sessions, and technical review activities.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance (or TS with the ability to obtain SCI).
  • Must have 5 or more years of related experience.
  • Must have technical training, certification, or a degree.
  • Required networking certifications include JNCIS, JNCIA, JNCIS-ENT, JNCIP, or CCNP.
  • DoW 8140 certification such as Security+, CASP, SecurityX, or CCNA is required.
  • Must have experience supporting DoWIN-Army or DoW enterprise networking environments.
  • Security clearance level: Top Secret/SCI (or TS with the ability to obtain SCI).
