What you'll do

Design and implement datacenter-grade power and cooling infrastructure including UPS systems, PDUs, and liquid cooling.
Plan and execute the construction of showcase-ready racks and infrastructure for lab environments.
Lead the architecture for telemetry and control systems, including sensor networks and DCIM platforms.
Scale infrastructure to meet evolving power density and thermal load requirements for next-generation computing.
Translate system-level requirements from product teams into validated infrastructure designs for lab testing.
Manage contractors and vendors through the planning, procurement, and construction phases.
Implement standardized commissioning processes for all lab environments.

What we're looking for

BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of relevant MEP engineering experience.
At least 5 years of experience focused on datacenter or critical facility infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with cooling systems including direct liquid cooling, chilled water, and precision air cooling.
Strong understanding of telemetry, control systems, and DCIM/BMS platforms.
Demonstrated experience working with A/E firms, general contractors, and equipment vendors.
Knowledge of datacenter power systems including electrical distribution, UPS, generators, and power metering.
Experience supporting lab or R&D environments with high-density compute configurations (preferred).
