What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
8+ years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, focusing on manufacturing or production engineering.
Proven track record of owning mechanical design projects from concept to full production release.
Direct experience designing and implementing production-grade manufacturing tooling.
Advanced proficiency in 3D CAD software and FEA for mechanical analysis.
Strong understanding and application of DFM and DFA principles to both product and tooling designs.
Deep knowledge of various manufacturing processes and their application in tooling design.
