Develop and implement onboarding strategies for large and strategic sellers on the marketplace.
Create tools, workflows, and case management systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Partner with Data Science and vendors to implement enhanced due diligence and data validation.
Communicate complex risk insights and recommendations effectively to internal stakeholders.

What we're looking for
Candidates must have 7 years of experience in marketplace risk, fraud analysis, trust & safety, identity risk, payments risk, compliance operations, or investigations.
Candidates must have 2 years of supervisory experience.
Option 1: A Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations.
Option 2: 7 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations without a degree requirement.
Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to summarize complex issues for cross-functional stakeholders.
Proficiency in Excel/Sheets is required to build monitoring views and operational reporting.
Preferred: A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
Preferred: Experience in eCommerce, online marketplaces, risk management, underwriting, or the payments and banking industry.
