  • 10+ years of software development experience or equivalent
  • 5+ years leading a software engineering team
  • Hands-on experience designing and running large-scale distributed cloud services
  • Proven track record in taking mobile and cloud products from inception to release
  • Strong technical leadership and deep expertise in agile methodologies
  • Experience engaging with industry visionaries and Fortune 1000 executives
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent degree required
