Senior Manager, Systems Software Engineering, GeForce NOW Cloud

What you'll do

• Lead a team building cloud services to support the GeForce NOW gaming platform.
• Develop strategies to scale existing customer usage and create features for new users.
• Own the technical requirements, roadmaps, design, architecture, and implementation of cloud services.
• Ensure service reliability by maintaining high standards for availability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Partner with software development teams to drive continuous improvements in service reliability.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of cloud products from initial inception to successful release.
• Make informed technical trade-offs between competing project goals and company vision.

What we're looking for

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience from an accredited University/College.
• Software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading a software engineering team.
• Hands-on experience designing, prototyping, building, and running best-of-breed Cloud Services (SaaS; large scale distributed systems).
• Proven experience taking mobile and cloud products from inception to successful release and adoption.
• Demonstrated capability to provide deep technical leadership to agile teams.
• Experience engaging with analysts, industry visionaries, and executives of Fortune 1000 companies (preferred).
• Demonstrate use of out-of-box thinking for creative solutions to highly sticky problems (preferred).
