Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning Intelligence

What you'll do

• Define and own the long-term roadmap for automating and accelerating supply chain planning decisions using AI.
• Lead the adoption of Generative AI, agentic workflows, and advanced AI tools across all planning domains.
• Drive the end-to-end AI lifecycle from initial problem framing and proof of concept to full production deployment.
• Design the architecture for a unified Planning Intelligence layer that functions independently of specific planning tools.
• Partner with Data Engineering to consume governed Snowflake data products for all planning initiatives.
• Translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes and present progress to executive leadership.
• Lead and grow a hybrid team of Industry Analysts, Data Scientists, and Solution Architects.
• Ensure all AI initiatives are tied to specific business metrics like fill rates and manual effort reduction.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience.
• Sufficient understanding of supply chain planning concepts including demand, supply, inventory, order promising, and IBP.
• Proven experience leading AI, GenAI, or advanced analytics programs from ideation to production at scale.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML architectures, agentic systems, and LLM-based workflows.
• Familiarity with planning platforms such as Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, and SAP IBP.
• Understanding of modern data platforms including Snowflake, data products, and semantic layers.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI tooling such as LLM platforms, Copilot, and agentic frameworks (preferred).
• Strong Agile delivery expertise including roadmap management, prioritization, and risk management (preferred).
