Senior Manager, Statistical Programming

The Senior Manager, Statistical Programming joins the Statistical Programming team to support a specific therapeutic area across the clinical portfolio. You will coordinate analysis programming, manage quality control of analysis datasets, develop data models, and create programming standards while mentoring junior staff. The position requires collaborating with study teams and CROs to implement standardized approaches and ensure timely support for regulatory submissions. Key requirements include a Master's degree, extensive experience in clinical or therapeutic areas, and expertise in developing programming standards and data models. Candidates should possess strong mentoring skills and the ability to manage multiple deliverables. Proficiency in SAS is considered a preferred qualification for this role within the pharmaceutical development space.
