Senior Manager Statistical Programming

The Senior Manager Statistical Programming joins the Statistical Programming function to provide technical leadership across project teams within various therapeutic areas. In this role, you will drive high-quality programming deliverables from initial studies through regulatory approval and product launch while collaborating with partner functions and external service providers. You will coordinate documentation and specifications, communicate requirements to study teams, and serve as a subject matter expert on key topics. The position involves mentoring junior programmers, managing multiple concurrent projects, and overseeing the production of submission-ready data for global regulatory filings. Required skills include advanced SAS programming expertise in clinical data environments, knowledge of clinical trial principles, and an understanding of regulatory requirements. Preferred technical competencies include proficiency in R or Python. This role addresses the critical challenge of delivering accurate statistical programming within pharmaceutical clinical development.
