Must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 5 years of software engineering experience.
Must have 7 years of experience in software engineering or a related area and 2 years of supervisory experience.
Must be able to lead engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and providing performance feedback.
Must ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding payroll.
Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 3 years of software engineering experience (preferred).
