What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers in a distributed microservices environment.

Develop robust cloud-based solutions using AWS tools to improve customer financial experiences.
Manage the engineering lifecycle for products that automate risk detection and prevent business issues.
Mentor other members of the engineering community and stay current on emerging technology trends.
Write or evaluate code while utilizing modern programming languages like Java, Python, Go, and TypeScript.
Implement data-driven tools using machine learning to meet complex regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for

At least 6 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
At least 4 years of people management experience.
Master's Degree (preferred).
9+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go (preferred).
3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service (preferred).
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks (preferred).
7+ years of people management experience (preferred).
2+ years of experience in Agile practices (preferred).
Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity beyond basic code completion (preferred).
