What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers in a distributed microservices environment.
Build and deploy proprietary risk management solutions powered by state-of-the-art AI technology.
Develop robust cloud-based solutions using AWS tools to improve customer financial experiences.
Manage the development of data-driven tools that use machine learning to detect risks and issues.
Mentor other members of the engineering community and stay current on emerging technology trends.
Write, review, and evaluate code across various programming languages including Java, Python, and Go.
Implement full-stack systems using SQL/NoSQL databases and container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

What we're looking for

At least 6 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
At least 4 years of people management experience.
Experience with programming languages including JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go.
Experience with container orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with AWS tools and services.
Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity.
Bachelor’s Degree.
