What you'll do

  • Lead and grow a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, testers, and data engineers.
  • Own the architecture and delivery of multi-agent AI systems using Vertex AI and Gemini models.
  • Oversee enterprise SMS and RCS messaging platforms including orchestration, routing, and carrier integrations.
  • Engineer TCPA compliance controls such as consent management, suppression lists, and audit trails.
  • Drive a GCP-first infrastructure strategy utilizing GKE, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Run, and Dataflow.
  • Translate regulatory requirements from legal and compliance partners into durable system controls.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
  • Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in software engineering are required.
  • At least 4 years of experience managing engineering teams is required.
  • Experience with LLMs or agentic AI systems in enterprise environments is required.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform services including Vertex AI, GKE, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, and Cloud Run is required.
  • Deep knowledge of SMS/RCS messaging platforms and TCPA compliance management is required.
  • Experience with HIPAA data handling or GCP Professional certifications are preferred.
