What you'll do

Lead the development and implementation of robust reliability frameworks for small aircraft & drone systems.
Conduct complex reliability analyses using FMEA/FMECA, Fault Tree Analysis, and Qualification Test Plans.
Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to support multiple concurrent programs.
Develop predictive maintenance procedures and operational performance metrics to enhance maintainability.
Ensure compliance with military and industry Reliability standards for defense or aerospace systems.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in Reliability Engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record building, scaling, and managing technical teams for complex hardware programs.
Deep expertise in reliability analysis techniques including FMEA/FMECA, predictive modeling, Weibull analysis, and Fault Tree Analysis.
Extensive knowledge of military standards such as MIL-STD-810, MIL-HDBK-217, and MIL-STD-461.
Experience with safety-critical hardware and software systems in defense or aerospace industries.
Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functionally at all levels.
Eligibility to pursue a U.S. security clearance.
