What you'll do

Define reliability requirements and collaborate with design teams to ensure robust solutions.
Manage product/program risk databases and develop proper risk mitigation strategies.

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in Reliability Engineering, including leadership roles.
Proven track record managing technical teams for complex hardware programs.
Expertise in reliability analysis techniques and military standards (MIL-STD).
Experience with safety-critical systems in defense or aerospace industries.
Understanding of shelf-life analysis and environmental qualification testing.
Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functionally.
Eligibility to pursue a U.S. security clearance.
