  • Drive automation-first operational practices and "golden-path" engineering patterns to improve developer experience and deployment speed.
  • Establish reliability engineering practices such as SLO/SLI frameworks, incident management, and production readiness standards.
  • Lead observability operations including logging, monitoring, distributed tracing, and alerting across all platform services.
  • Oversee database engineering operations for relational, NoSQL, and cloud-native data systems to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Build and operate infrastructure supporting AI agentic and real-time ML systems, including GPU orchestration and inference platforms.
  • Execute FinOps practices to manage multi-cloud costs through capacity planning and waste reduction across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team while managing hiring, performance, and roadmap execution.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of software engineering experience with depth in platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE.
  • Proven experience managing, hiring, and coaching engineers within a platform or infrastructure organization.
  • Hands-on operational expertise in AWS is required, with additional experience in Azure and GCP valued.
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes, container orchestration, Infrastructure-as-Code, and CI/CD platform operations at scale.
  • Experience in reliability engineering including SLO/SLI design, incident management, and observability for distributed systems.
  • Experience managing relational and cloud-native databases and infrastructure supporting data platforms or ML systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute FinOps practices, including cloud spend tracking and capacity planning.
