What you'll do

  • Develop decisioning and treatment frameworks to protect customers from account takeover and scams.
  • Manage policies, models, and data integrations that power automated fraud detection decisions.

  • Translate business strategy into consumer-facing digital products to improve the user experience.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to build high-tech fraud solutions.
  • Identify and resolve complex problems while mitigating risks across multi-channel banking platforms.
  • Drive organizational alignment by leading cross-functional teams to solve critical customer problems.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, must have a Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
