What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a Bachelor's degree in any field with 4 years of Product Management experience.
Must demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design to innovate product solutions based on customer needs.
Must be business-focused with a track record of delivering outcomes through leverage and execution excellence.
Must be technology-driven to deliver innovative and resilient solutions for near-term and long-term value.
Must possess integrated problem-solving skills to resolve complex problems while mitigating product risks.
Must demonstrate transformational leadership to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
