The Senior Manager, Product Manager, Customer Data joins the Customer Data Product team to build a data destination of platforms, products, and processes designed for easy governance and real-time intelligent experiences. In this leadership role, you will mentor a team of product managers while developing a universe of data products that provide critical capabilities such as fraud protection and accelerated access to funds. You will be responsible for shaping local and partner roadmaps by defining shared capabilities across the Small Business Bank line of business. What we're looking for

Deep understanding of data management principles, governance frameworks, and lifecycle management (preferred).
Experience with large-scale data platforms, warehousing, data lakes, or real-time streaming technologies (preferred).
Proven ability to define and drive multi-year product roadmaps (preferred).
Experience collaborating with product managers, data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers as both producers and consumers (preferred).
