What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
Proven track record of managing and mentoring high-achieving teams.
Ability to lead the automation product lifecycle from roadmap definition to execution.
Proficiency in human-centered, business-focused, and technology-driven product management.
Ability to solve complex problems while mitigating product risks through integrated problem solving.
Capability to drive organizational alignment and lead cross-functional teams.
