As Senior Manager, Product Management, Workflow Orchestrator, you will serve as a people manager leading two worktowers within the Decisioning Platform team. You will oversee two Product Managers and their respective engineering squads to drive the modernization of core systems into a next-generation platform featuring AI-powered workflows and graphite-based decision processing. What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Alternatively, must have a Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience.
Must demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
