The Senior Manager, Product Management, Virtual Meetings serves as the full-stack product leader for the synchronous collaboration ecosystem. This role involves owning the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the virtual meeting platform, which integrates Zoom, Google Calendar, and Lucid for whiteboarding and charting. The manager will redefine virtual collaboration by evaluating and scaling AI-driven capabilities, designing pilots to measure productivity gains, and overseeing end-to-end go-to-market strategies. Key responsibilities include translating associate needs into features, partnering with Risk, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure teams, and defining success metrics for meeting health. What we're looking for
Hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a Bachelor's in any field with 4 years of Product Management experience.
Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the virtual meetings platform including Zoom, Google Calendar, and Lucid.
Evaluate and design pilots for AI-driven collaboration capabilities to determine enterprise viability and productivity gains.
Oversee end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new features and AI integrations across the enterprise.
Translate associate needs and pain points into features that enable seamless collaboration for over 100,000 users.
Partner with Risk, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure teams to ensure tool security and friction-free performance.
Define and measure success metrics for meeting health, tool engagement, and collaboration efficiency.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
